
Our History with the 964 platform Since 2012, Pfaff Tuning has been working with the 964 platform to pursue true OEM+ perfection.

2012
Humble beginnings.
The starting point and introduction into servicing and modifying the 964 platform to our taste. This car represents our taste.

2018
Our first comprehensive client project, which included a full glass out repaint, complete engine rebuild to OEM specification, complete interior restoration with re-upholstered surfaces, and some choice aftermarket pieces.

2021
The Forest Green C4.
This build focused on creating a proper touring spec 964. This build featured a full glass out repaint, complete engine rebuild with new or zinc coated hardware, complete suspension refresh, recovered Recaro Pole Position seats, and was our first car to feature our functioning fog light brake duct kit.

2021
The C4 RS Tribute.
Alongside our Touring project, we built this RS tribute as a contrasting specification. This build featured a complete engine refresh, our functioning brake ducts, complete suspension refresh, RS door cards and Black RS carpet with rear seat delete, Recaro seats, Das Sport roll cage, Momo steering wheel, and FD short shift kit.

2022
"Teddy"
Codenamed Teddy, this project represents the totality of our 964 Bespoke program. At the heart, a new, fully customize 3.8L engine conversion making 300hp and providing a driving experience unlike anything we have felt in a 964.

Our goal is to provide you with or build your existing Porsche 964 to the best driving and owning experience you have ever had with a 964.
Our team of professional, trained, and borderline obsessive technicians can execute anything from a simple engine reseal, to a more holistic vehicle restoration, all the way up to builds like Teddy and Cooper which represent our complete learnings of the platform to produce what we believe is the 964 perfected.
Our 964 Bespoke program utilizes local professional machine shops and remanufacturers to ensure the highest quality possible on every project we do. We also use only genuine OEM Porsche parts. With our 964 Bespoke program, nearly every engine component is new or refinished to like new when required, leaving absolutely nothing untouched.

PT 964 BESPOKE
With our PT bespoke program, we start from the ground up. Projects receive a hand built, new 3.8L engine built in house, providing a gain of around 45 whp or more depending on speficiation. 3.8L bespoke projects also include Speedline wheels, functional front brake ducts, 965 Turbo "big Red" brakes, Momo steering wheel, custom painted rad fan, and bespoke VIN plates.

Clutch: Sport Type Single Dry Plate with increased clamping force pressure plate. Updated Clutch Release mechanism
Brake System: Four Piston Porsche Turbo "Big Red" brake caliper front and rear with ABS, custom painted to match the colour of each build or to your preference
Suspension: H&R or KW Coilovers (optional), adjustable ride height. H&R roll bars, updated control arm bushings and adjustable rear spring arms
Brake Cooling: Functional front brake ducts take the place of the factory 964 fog light housings in the front bumper
The Wheels: All PT 964 Bespoke projects come equipped with Speedline wheels
Interior: All PT 964 Bespoke projects have their interiors refreshed as requested or required, customizable Momo steering wheel, and bespoke 7,000rpm 3.8 stamped tachometer.
